Sarah Ashley has recently completed a 10-day Vipassana silent meditation retreat and is now sharing the many benefits and learnings she has received as she writes her first book. Sarah emails the group every Sunday sharing tips, support, and instruction and offers a monthly live training workshop in the private Facebook group. You are always free and encouraged to ask her questions in this group as you begin or continue on your journey.
